My mother-in-law is 63 years old.  She had ovarian cancer 2yrs back, her ovary and part of intestine was removed. Now again she has kidney pain.Done sonography, her reports says 1. Irregular nodular necrotic lesions in peripancreatic (4×3.5cm), perisplenic (1.3x1cm) and left iliac region (5.3×4.6cm) and pelvic lymph nodes secondaries. 2. Small hepatic lesion ? metastasis. 3. Moderate right hydronephrosis with uretic stent in situ 4. Mild perisplenic fluid. For Neck Sonography: Cervical lymphadenopathy with necrotic changes. Is her cancer back or the reports are fine? We will get appointment after 15 days from doctor. So just need to confirm if this is emergency case.
