Are cognitive and memory changes from aripiprazole 15 mg daily 2 months permanent? 100% recovery is guaranteed after 6 months? (No Tardive diskynesia involved, just brain fog, lack of energy, focus, etc)

Cognitive and memory changes are not permanent. These are the most common side effects of the medicine you are taking. They would easily go away sometime after you stop the medications.
