If I do get struck by lightning, I want to know what I can do to help my situation. What can I do to prevent severe bodily harm or death AFTER I\’m hit?

Lightening often causes heart attack. First, pulse rate should be checked. If no pulse is found, mouth-to-mouth resuscitation and cardiac compressions (CPR) should be used to restore the heart beat. Once, heart beat is there rush to the emergency healthcare facility.
