I have an TFCC tear on my left wrist 3 months ago.On the MRI report it was given mild,but my injury is not recovering after taking rest around 2 and half month.Would the TFCC recovered fully by taking rest?

It often takes 8 to 12 weeks for a TFCC injury to heal. Many tears become painless with rest and time even if they don’t actually heal. If it doesnt heal, your doctor might advice you to go for surgery.
