I’ve had a full feeling in my upper and lower right stomach for about a week now. There’s pain that comes and goes and I have nausea every once in awhile. What could it be?

This might be most likely related to gas or constipation. Try OTC medicine to get rid of them. If you dont find any relief, get an ultrasound done for exact diagnosis.
