Single sore on labia that burns alittle after messing with it and squeezing it some white stuff came out but it is extremely inflamed. I am a virgin as well.

Folliculitis or infection of hair follicle is the most common cause of sore on labia. As you are still virgin, chances of STDs like Herpes, papilloma etc are quiet remote. Please consult a gynaecologist for further checkup and treatment.
