im 20 years old and i noticed a small brown spot on my left breast and it doesnt hurt at all

Brown spots on breast is sometimes a sign of breast infection that occurs within the breast tissue causing swelling, lumps and pain. Spot on breast can be seen or can be felt on the skin of the breast or just beneath it. They can be itchy, burning and painful majorly among women. However, in your case, its neither itchy nor paining. So, this seems not much serious in nature. Still, we would suggest your to get yourself examined by a doctor to rule out other serious implications.
