sir I am 20 years i can move pennis skin back to glans without pain but when i touch glans it is sensitive and i opened it amonth ago for first time so is there any problem to take care and also can u give me any future guidence please

Usually, the foreskin is tight during adolescent years and gradually loosen up. During the initial years of retraction, the glans is very sensitive and can occasionally feel pain. Smegma, a white curdy substance gets deposited inside the foreskin, which is the secretion of glands under the foreskin. This should be regularly cleaned by retracting the foreskin.
