I noticed some slight sensitivity on the soles of my feet so I looked at them and found red dots that are slightly sensitive to the touch. My feet have always been extremely dry and I also work fast food with requires hours of standing

The red bumps on the sole should not be ignored. This might be due to fungal infection like tinea pedis. The foot should be regularly cleaned and dried. Proper foot hygiene is important. Topical steroid cream or anti fungal creams should be applied. This will help you out of the bumps in a week or so.
