3 months ago I was going through some rough time and I kept eating sweets for every meal plus fizzy drinks. I kept going like this for almost 2 months. I noticed some changes that made me worry: one of them is the frequent urination; I’m always hungry and thirsty, I gained weight; and sometimes I get this blurry vision. I stopped eating sweets and started to eat healthy food for a month already, I consume 3-4 teaspoons sugar and once a week I might have a dessert. But the symptoms still exists.
