Mole on the back of my head for a few years, has now gotten bigger and causing pain daily rather than every few days … is this a cause for worry?

Although, moles are quite common at the head, still it better to get it checked by a dermatologist to rule out any serious condition. You can choose to have electro cauterisation to get the mole removed.
