Pressure and tightness in my knee and on the inside of my knee when I bend it it\’s I have a little difficulty walking but not necessarily from pain it\’s very uncomfortable and it\’s like a pulling sensation it\’s very tight

It might be the start of gout or arthritis. Get an X-Ray done and consult an orthopaedist. Meanwhile, continue a tablet of calcium and vitamin D everyday.
