\\\”stool discharge is happening 3 or 4 times per day. While cleaning, observed the gummy touch at anus and 1 or 2 particles like sand at entrance of anus. I suspect it is eggs of bacteria.\\\”

Eggs of bacteria cant be felt like that. It might be any fruit seed or rough food which you might have taken. If you are having loose motion, you may get a stool test and get antibiotics prescribed from a doctor
