Hi, i have problems with extra systoles. I don\’t feel them very often, but when i do, it\’s pretty bad. My doctor said that i probably have ventricular extravsystoles (but superventricular are not excluded). If i have physically healthy heart (i had echocardiogram today, doctor said my heart is healthy) does it mean that extra systoles are harmless? Can i exercise normally with no fear?

As your doctor has already checked and found no serious concern, you can do regular exercise without any serious concern.
