For most of the time, after urinating, the skin on my arms and legs suddenly become drier and itchy, is it possible to be due to kidney problems(I felt pain in my kidneys before) that cause changes in the urine composition(urea,electrolytes, waste, etc), resulting in imbalances in my body?

Passing urine can’t cause such sudden electrolyte imbalance which cause instant dryness or itchiness of skin. If you suspect any sort of kidney problem, you may get a kidney function test and lower abdomen ultrasound done to rule out the possibility of any kidney ailment.
