I had some heart palpitations the other day and I felt tired so I went to sleep and got I woke up to my heart racing with chest pains and pins and needles all over my body to the point I couldn’t move or speak. Then there was this pain in my right arm like something was tracking up my arm, the pain was awful. But after 5 minutes I was fine. Any idea what it was?

although, there is feeble chance of heart trouble at this age, still, to rule out, you may get an ecg test done and Troponin test. it could be due to gas, heart trouble or some neurological issue; we need to rule out them one by one. Consult a doctor and get the tests done.
