Iam suffering from acute left groin pain in my thigh crease burning sensation and back pain too present. Started 8th month back with little lymph swelling . Then it got ok lump disappeared till date no such sign . But again the pain started since last 1 month it last for 48 hours then no pain again it start I mean repeat. What should I do I am pre diabetic I take regular medicine I am male 40 years

A bone injury or fracture, a hernia, or even kidney stones may cause groin pain. An ultrasound and physical examination by a doctor will give proper insight into the problem. If the pain repeats, please visit a doctor for further evaluation.
