I am a 20-year-old male. I get very acne with a lot of blood and puss inside after I masturbate.It usually appears on the face.I have a similar problem after eating egg but it isn\’t this annoying.

Mastrubation can no way be related to acne on face. Acne on face is related to the hormonal change during teen age and the infection of sebaceous glands. You may have allergy with the egg which is causing the problem.
