I had a still birth in September and since then my period comes with pain\’s like labour. My bum will hurt badly I can\’t even pass out air or poo. And my abdomen and lining will hurt like labour pains. I have fibroid that poses no threat. So am worried what could be wrong and how to get rid of pains.

Get a complete hormone profiling a lower abdomen ultrasound. This is surely related to some gynaecological problem, may be fibroid or fluid accumulation in Pouch of Douglas (POD) Consult your gynecologist for further evaluation.
