I’m having a dull ache and occasional pinching sensation, in my lower right abdomen. It feels closer to the hip, but, yet, also closer to the pelvis. I don\’t know what it could be, but I\’ve been experiencing symptoms for about a week.

Right lower abdomen pain could be because of appendicitis, gas, constipation, diarrhoea, or intestinal infection. If the pain continues, please get an ultrasound done which will clarify the exact cause for the pain. You can ask a doctor online at free doctor helpline regarding the diagnostic test reports.
