1) Decrease Consumption of Processed Foods

2) Tomato and Orange Face-packs
For expelling suntan, clean your face with this pack: Add a teaspoon of milk to two spoons of oats and include two tablespoons of tomato juice, some orange mash and a couple of squeezes of poppy seeds. Mix them together slowly so that it becomes thick like a face-pack. Apply everything over your face and neck, leave till it gets clean and dry while flushing.
