According to the sources, Prince is currently following a diet instructed by his fiancée- Meghan Markle. The couple is set to get married on May 19 in St George’s Chapel, in the grounds of Windsor Castle.
The Daily Mail reports says that Prince Harry has switched on his future wife’s habit of ‘Healthy Eating” and is now juicing, cutting out carbohydrates, and processed food in favor of kale and quinoa. The wedding list of Prince Harry consists of two more important things. Firstly, he is trying to Quit Smoking and also lowering the consumption of Alcohol. Many Reports also told that Prince has been following a rigorous routine and have started working with Gabriela Peacock, who is a London based Nutritionist. Meghan is also trying to get Prince involved in various home activities like cooking healthy meals for both of them. If the reports are to be trusted, Harry has lost nearly 4 kilograms since he started working on his body.

The sources also mentioned that they have bought a juicer and Megan has him on fruit and veggies. Prince was brought up in Kensington Palace and has a habit of eating typical British comfort foods, therefore this would be the huge change for Prince. The reports have also told that Harry, has been started training at a gym which costs £575 per month located near Kensington Palace. A sterling pound, which is worth about $1.35, which means, Harry is spending way too much money on a gym membership, and keeping in mind that the couple are going to get married in front of such a big crowd which literally consists of billions of people, perhaps this is not that occasion on which one would try to cut down the expenses.
Now, this isn’t all for the sake of the big day. According to the reports Prince Harry and Markle also want to add a new member to their family soon after the wedding, and certainly, it will be easier for them to do so when they are in good shape. Moreover, Harry’s found himself a fiancee who’s really interested in health and fitness, she goes vegan during the week and likes preparing meals at home. If Markle’s good habits can have an influence on him, then it’s good news for Harry.
