Healthy Food you should never eat

Every 35 days, your skin replaces itself. Your liver, about a month, your body makes these new cells from the food you eat. What you eat literally becomes you; you have a choice in what you’re made of!!!

  1. Fruit Juice –

Drinking the concentrated sugars in fruit juice taxes your pancreas and spikes blood sugar. Limit juice to fresh pressed and only drink occasionally.


  1. Soy Protein –

Not only is nearly all soya GMO but also most people do not have the enzymes to digest it. Soy protein is linked to numerous diseases and cancers. It is best to avoid non-fermented soy.


  1. Farmed Fish –

Fish that are raised in farms are not only fed GMO food, but have a high risk of containing toxins. They are known to contain pesticides and toxic waste residue. When shopping for fish go for only wild – caught varieties and stay away from Tilapia!!!


  1. Microwaved Popcorn –

An all-round damaging food, microwaved popcorn is GMO, filled with carcinogens, is coated in fake butter dactyl that can cause lung cancer when inhaled. The bag is coated with perfluoroctanoic acid which when heated releases toxins. Popcorn itself has very little nutritional value. So, if you have to have popcorn, then get some non-GMO kernels and pop it yourself!!!


  1. Conventional Meat –

You are what you eat! As the standard cow is fed GMO corn and pesticide food, when you ingest the meat you are taking in all the toxins that they were fed! It is always good to really know where your meat comes from. Even from an organic store, check your labels and make sure to only eat grass-fed and organic beef.


  1. Margarine –

High in Trans fats, and low in saturated fats, margarine has very little going for it (despite the hype that it is good for you). The Trans fats in margarine increase the risk of heart disease, type 2 diabetes, and strokes. Compared to the nutrient-rich saturated fats that lower dangerous cholesterol on butter, it’s an easy choice!


  1. Vegetable Oils –

Canola and other vegetable oils are mostly GMO and partially hydrogenated fats. The fats found in these oils raise the risk of numerous illnesses and diseases. The fatty acids found in vegetable oils also increases cholesterol. Stick with healthy coconut oil!


  1. Table Salt –

After being processed, heated and added to, most table salt has none of the iodine and health benefits that it started with. Use real sea salt at least, or even better use Celtic sea salt or Himalayan salt.


  1. Artificial Sweeteners –

Research has shown that artificial sweeteners causes a disturbance in gut flora and can actually cause diabetes. Sugar substitute have been linked to brain tumors, breast cancer, seizures, obesity and more. Opt for raw honey, a nutritious and healing substitute instead!


  1. Conventional Milk –

Not only is conventional milk a product of GMO and pesticide-fed cows, but it also is then pasteurized and the enzyme lactase is destroyed making it difficult to digest the lactose. Use raw, grass-fed dairy, in place of conventional dairy products, to enjoy these delicious foods.
