i have had a viral infection and i am feeling very sick and i have diarrhea, my boyfriend had the same he has now got appendicitis. is it possible i have the same?

Viral infection and appendicitis are both unrelated. To rule out appendicitis, X ray or Ultrasound is the best way out. Please get it done and you may send us the reports for free online doctor consultation.
