Vagina discharge has stopped and now I have 3 vertical painful lines from below clitoris to tip of urethra that burn.

It appears like yeast infection in vagina. Apply Beclometasone Topical (0.025% w/w), Clotrimazole Topical cream. Avoid wearing tight clothes and avoid high sugar food or fermented food products.
