I’ve had a fever of 100, sore throat, drainage and a slight cough and my chest gets tight when I cough for about 2 days now.

This appears to be a common case of fever, cold and cough due to viral infection. The Paracetamol for fever and any over the counter expectorant for cough. Hopefully, this will get right in a matter of few days. If not, you may consult a doctor online or offline to get a prescription for antibiotics.
