I\’m a 20 year old male. I have been diagnosed with eosinophilic esophagitis and have a family history of diabetes and thyroid issues. I\’ve had a number of blood tests and I still cannot get a proper diagnosis. I need other opinions. I am bothered by debilitating fatigue, flatulence / excessive gas, memory problems, concentration problems, slow thinking and sluggishness, cold hands and feet, numbness and tingling in arms and legs, fragile skin and small cuts that take hours to heal, along with dry and itchy skin. What could cause this? What do the blood tests tell me? and could these results be explained by a food allergy? I\’ve been fatigued for about 5 years and would love some help as I feel the doctors don\’t know what to do. Does a 6.5 pmol / L Free T3 require further evaluation, despite normal T4, TSH and anti-tpo?

As you have already done a number of blood tests ( which we suppose must have done Sugar, lipid profile, liver function test, kidney function test and Thyroid function test), and all the reports are normal, there lie hardly any scope of any serious ailment creeping inside you. Unnecessary stress and anxiety and stress might be the reason for excessive gas and flautulence. It is now better that you focus on your diet, do regular exercise and try to remain stress free. This would be much helpful. You can ask a doctor at free doctor helpline more about your problem.
