So I have’t gotten my period in three months. In response i have taken four pregnancy tests, three of which came back negative and one inconclusive. I have none of the other pregnancy symptoms from what I can tell, though there is a slim chance i could be pregnant. It seems very unlikely since i have taken so many pregnancy tests, all of which I took after the two week suggestion on the box. I was wondering what other things could be wrong with me and if i should really be concerned…

It couldn’t be pregnancy as you have already checked several times and found negative. Still for your better satisfaction, you may get a Beta HCG blood test to confirm pregnancy status. Other possible reasons for missed period could be low body weight, low haemoglobin, recent illness, hormonal imbalance or PCOD.
