For a long time (many years) my pinky finger will not straighten like my other fingers. It also will crack or pop if I move it up and down. It doesn\’t make a noise but i feel movement in my knuckle and it feels like it gets stuck (if that makes sense).

In many cases, the pinky finger doesn’t straighten out as the other fingers because the tendon which attaches with the finger get worn out. This can be diagnosed through an MRI.
