my wife aged 42 is having severe pain near urinal track in the vagina. periods are normal. the pain is like a sharp knife edge is piercing. what is the problem ?

The problem might be just the Urinary tract infection(UTI). Please undertake a URINE CULTURE test to diagnose it. Based upon the findings, antibiotics will be prescribed by your doctor.
