I have been suffering from pain all along my body on the right side. Head, face ( burning sensation on my right cheek and jaw, left eye twitches),neck, shoulder, hand ( it’s where the symptoms first began, now my whole hand pains badly) chest ( on the road right side of my sternum) ribs ( lower back side) , scapula ( under and around) testicles, legs ( knee, ankle, calf muscle) I had my MRI and blood tests done. Everything normal. This effects me in my normal life. Can you help ?
