help im 28 and im have pain a lil below where my rib cage meets its a come and go but when its hurting it is a 10 it hurts but then it will let up and it will stop hurting there is a lil gap between each pain it feels like if someone was squeezing your hand as tight as possible then letting go that the pain in feeling
