my age is 19 and my BMI:29.4…i am student..i think of my overweight i lost my attention of studying..please help me,how can i free of overweight?

Proper diet and regular exercises are the keys to maintain a healthy weight. At the young age of 19, you should not fell into the trap of any weight reducing medication as they might cause serious side effects. A regular exercise or workout of 45 minutes everyday is sufficient to maintain a healthy weight.
