today i woke up a bit later because of a dorm party. Ran to classes and i had quite a bit of pain going on down there i thought maybe it was a fight and well someone kicked me in my balls. As i have a bit of mammory loss i asked my friend if there was a fight and nope. As soon as possible i checked and one testicle grew big like twice as the other one and hurts a lot. I am concerned if it is cancer or something. ohh and i talked with my girlfriend she said i was drunk but we had sex normlly.

It might be fluid accumulation in scrotum. Get it checked by a urologist. To some extent, it is curable through medicines. Otherwise, a minor surgery may be planned to drain out the fluid.
