I’m feeling weak and having heaviness in my chest and both arms. I have vitamin D Deficiency and possible anxiety disorder. Family history of hpb. When I lie down I feel like my heart Beats faster than normal and sometimes random palpitations. I am in choir and I cannot contain as Much air in my lungs as I usually do to sing. I feel dizzy getting up too. Thanks

Most of the symptoms which you mentioned relate to anxiety or stress disorder. Breathing issue and high blood pressure if any is surely related to that. Still, to rule our any heart related ailment, get a ecg, echocardiography and chest xray done and consult a cardiologist along with the reports.
