I have a ten year old daughter who is morbidly obese. She barely can get out of bed. She weighs 657 pounds, and cannot sit up without help. When she needs to go to the bathroom, she just goes in her clothes, because it takes to long to go to the bathroom. No diapers fit her. She refuses to see a doctor. She gets up once a day to weigh herself, and as she walks to the scale, her belly hangs down to her knees. She wants to be completely immobile. Help!
