Hi there. I had a epididymis cyst about three months ago when I was in pain and went to hospital and they gave me antibiotics. Three days ago I started to get stomach pain and also noticed it in my testicles. Not too sure if the route cause is my lower belly from eating something bad. Or if it’s from my teaticles. So only been taking paracetamol which is not helping. Any tips or tricks or ideas if it’s related to the epididymis cyst? Thanks for your time and service

Stomach pain and the testis pain are not related. Gas or acidity might be the reason for stomach pain. Take any over the counter antacid to correct this problem. If the testicle pain is bothering you again, get yourself examined by a urologist . If the diagnosis is yet again the epididymis cyst, you can get medication or plan for surgery as a permanent solution.
