Sir i have ibs. Take tofranil daily.it causes incomplete evacuation but i get relief from sudden diarrhea and stool passed while passing wind.have diarrhea whenever i eat tandoori naan white floor or pizza etc.

You should avoid food like naan or pizza which are hard on your digestive system, which is already weak in view of your IBS.
