For the past 8 or 9 days I\’ve had mostly severe upper (left side) back/shoulder pain, its a constant/lingering pain. Sharp stabbing severe pains with any movement of my arms, turning my head..just about all movements in general. The pain is the absolute worst throughout the night which has resulted in very little to no sleep whatsoever. The severe sharp/stabbing pain usually lasts a couple hours after I get out of bed then turns into a more moderate lingering deep stabbing pain also causing neck soreness and stiffness throughout most of my neck and back. Then I repeat the cycle and have repeated it for the last 8 or 9 days and I\’ve tried tylenol, ibuprofen, tiger balm, ice, heating pads, etc and nothing has helped..
