I have done 4th generation elisa testing for HIV after 2 years of sexual exposure and result is non reactive .Kindly confirm it is conclusive or any other test to be done because i am type 1 diabetic for past 12 years and some doctors are saying western blot or PCR rna test only conclusive result.

Western blot or PCR-RNA are more sensitive tests in comparison to ELISA. However, 2 years is a very long period to confirm the presence of HIV. So, there is no reason for you to suspect his if elisa is negative after 2 years.
