I’m having a dull ache and occasional pinching sensation, in my lower right abdomen. It feels closer to the hip, but, yet, also closer to the pelvis. I don\’t know what it could be, but I\’ve been experiencing symptoms for about a week.

Right lower abdomen pain could be because of appendicitis, gas, constipation, diarrhoea, or intestinal infection.
