There is a small lump right on the opening of my anus. It has been there for months but it disappears sometimes, it feels like it is a bone or something after my vagina and then this lump at the opening of my anus. Also it has been itching for a month or more now. I don\’t know what is this

It can be a haemorrhoid or fistula. Please get it examined by a gastroenterologist and get the surgery done if required.
